This height extension salesman rack adds 6" to the uprights of RCS/1 and RCS/2 rolling racks, giving longer garments — wedding dresses, formal gowns, maxi dresses, and coats — the clearance they need to hang without touching the floor. Purchase two per rack, one for each upright.
Height Extension for Salesman's Rack | How It Works
The extension slides onto the top of each existing upright, raising the hangrail height by 6" above the standard 55", 60", or 65" settings. This simple addition prevents longer garments from dragging on the floor during storage or transport — protecting merchandise from dirt and damage without requiring a taller rack purchase.
Each listing covers one extension. You need two extensions per rack — one for each upright. Need help confirming compatibility? Call (800) 420-1457.
Who Needs a Height Extension
Bridal shops, formalwear retailers, and stores carrying floor-length apparel benefit most from this accessory. Standard salesman's racks top out at 65" — adding 6" brings the hangrail to 71", enough clearance for most floor-length garments to hang freely without touching the floor during transport or stockroom storage.
Compatible Racks
This height extension works with RCS/1 and RCS/2 salesman's racks only. It does not fit other rack models. Browse our full rolling racks collection for compatible rack options and accessories.
