USA manufacturers build every Mixed Old Paint 3D Textured Slatwall panel from solid MDF with heavy-duty aluminum inserts. Each panel is Class C fire rated (higher fire rating options available upon request) and supports up to 90 lbs per fixing point. The 6" on-center slats are compatible with all standard slatwall hooks, shelves, faceouts, and brackets.
Panel options
- Aluminum insert finish: Paint matched aluminum inserts (most common) or silver / unfinished aluminum
- Panel size: Full size 2'H x 8'W panel (most common) or panels cut in half into two 2'H x 4'W panels
- Planks or panels: Standard 2'H x 8'W panel (most common), or individual 6"H x 8' planks — planks are the same material as the full panel but cut into individual horizontal strips that can be stacked and offset on the wall to create a more authentic, custom wood installation look for long continuous runs. The plank option is particularly recommended for this finish as the offset stagger maximises the variety of tones across the wall
